Kevin Cardona is a civil litigation associate with broad experience representing individuals and entities in a variety of practice areas including labor and employment, professional liability, contract disputes, real estate, trademark, and civil rights. He is a creative problem solver and enjoys consulting clients on the big picture strategy and economics of litigation so they are fully informed and have more agency in their legal representation. During law school, Mr. Cardona externed as a judicial clerk for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Eastern District of California. Mr. Cardona obtained a bachelor of arts degree at Stanford University in Psychology and served as the president of the university’s Psi Chi Honors Association. He obtained his law degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law. After law school, Mr. Cardona worked as a plaintiff’s employment litigation attorney in Pasadena. Prior to joining Millstein Fellner LLP, Mr. Cardona worked for a mid-size West Coast regional firm in the firm’s general civil litigation defense practice. Mr. Cardona is a native German speaker and conversational in Spanish.
