
BIOGRAPHY
Julia grew up in Monterey, CA and went on to graduate with honors from Saint Mary’s College of California. She later graduated from University of San Francisco School of Law. While in law school, Julia advocated for human rights both at the Cambodian Center for Human Rights and at the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva.
In 2014, Julia made case law in the case of Gou v Xiao. Julia continued practicing family law and civil litigation.
In 2019, Julia was voted a Rising Star by Super Lawyers. Julia has been a member of the San Francisco Bar Association, Alameda Bar Association, Placer County Bar Association, the Family Law Section, and Queen’s Bench.
